Founder stories

Real testimonials from founders who shipped AI-built apps with PulseLight. We harvest these at the moment of relief — when a founder flips from not_ready_yet to ready_to_launch, or clears a blocker that was stuck on their plate. Names + repo references published with permission only.

How to read this page

Each story names: who's shipping, what they were building, what PulseLight caught, what they did about it. The point is honest fix narratives, not testimonials-as-marketing-copy. If a story doesn't include a specific named blocker that got cleared, it isn't a useful story.

How to share yours

Hit ready_to_launch on a project? You'll see a small "Mind sharing your story?" prompt under the verdict. One paragraph is enough — we edit for tone, never for substance.

Stories

*No published stories yet. As founders opt in to share, they land here as short narrative entries — one per founder, ~80-150 words. Editor: drop new entries below this notice in reverse-chronological order; oldest at the bottom. When the first 3-4 stories ship, remove this placeholder paragraph entirely.*

Editor notes

  • Bias toward AI-built apps — Cursor / Claude Code / Bolt / v0.

Stories from those audiences carry more wedge weight than generic SaaS testimonials.

  • Always name the specific blocker cleared. "PulseLight is great"

is dead copy; "PulseLight caught my Stripe webhook missing signature verification before our first real charge" is alive.

  • Always name the AI tool used to fix. Cursor / Claude Code /

Aider — the tool used for the fix is part of the story's wedge.

  • No public verdict scores. Founders don't broadcast their state;

the story is about the FIX, not the rating.

  • Consent in writing. Email reply with "yes, publish this" before

any story goes up.
